  • Returns & Exchanges Policy


    We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return within day 1 of delivery
     
    1. Non-returnable:
    Personalized gifts, gift cards, final-sale items, and perishable products.
    2. How to return:
    Email us with your order number and send a photo of the issue. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours
    3. Refunds:
    Once inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-12 working days
    4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders If you return a COD order, your refund will be issued as bank transfer or upi (since cash can’t be refunded).
    You will need to share your bank details for the refund if you prefer a bank transfer.  
    For damaged/incorrect items, return and shipping is free. For other reasons, return shipping charges may apply.



  • Delivery Policy

    1.Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 48 hours. Personalized items may take slightly longer.
    2. Delivery Time
    Standard delivery takes depending on your location.
    You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
    3. Shipping Charges
    Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.
    Free delivery may apply on orders above a certain amount (optional).
    4. Delays
    Delivery may be delayed due to weather, festivals, or courier issues. We’ll keep you updated if this happens.
    5. Incorrect Address
    If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, re-delivery charges may apply.
    6. Order Tracking
    Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link shared via email/SMS.
    7. Missed Delivery
    If you miss the delivery, the courier will attempt again. After multiple failed attempts, the package may return to us.
    8. Damaged Packages
    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 24 hours for quick support.
